Hood Canal Area Restaurant Review #2 - El Puerto de Angeles

Here is my other restaurant review in the Hood Canal area that was just published on Trip Advisor! :)

We stopped to eat here as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. It was a fairly busy evening and the small parking lot was crowded. I needed to wait for an open parking space and sent my husband in ahead to check if they still had seating availability. Luckily there is ample outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Don't let the crowded parking lot fool you, there is more occupancy space to dine than there is to park.

We had a lovely, warm early evening and sat outdoors at a large picnic style table that can amply seat 8 or squish together 10. Some of the outdoor tables have overhead umbrellas. Food came rather quickly despite the number of other patrons which was a huge plus for a hungry family who had just come from hiking. Platters and portions were very generous and we would have taken our leftovers home if we had been going home afterward.

We really enjoyed being able to dine al fresco and enjoy the warm sunshine, balmy breeze and gorgeous views of the Hood Canal.
